City Creek Landing is now a pet-friendly property
We offer your pet:

Onsite pet washing station to help care for your furry friend
Pet Parks Where Playtime meets Paw-some fun! We give a safe space for pets to play and socialize with clean-up stations.

Pet Requirements and Fees:

Maximum of 2 Pets Per Apartment
Deposit, Pet Fee, and Monthly Pet Rent Required
- Refundable Pet Deposit - $300
- Non-Refundable Pet Fee - $250
- Pet Rent (per a pet) $40.00
Prior to approval, the resident must sign a separate Animal Addendum and provide a copy of the pet's veterinarian records, including the pet's weight and picture of the pet(s).
Pet policies and guidelines are strictly enforced.
Breed Restrictions American Staffordshire Terriers, American Pit-bull/Bull Terrier, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow Chow, Cane Corsos, Doberman Pinscher, Great Dane, German Shepard, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Wolf Hybrid and any mixes thereof.
Weight Restrictions: 75 pounds or less
